Where Do I Meet My Driver?

Where to Meet Your Driver at Orlando International Airport (MCO):

For Domestic Flights:

1. Upon arrival please exit the plane and follow the signs to the terminal shuttle and bag claim.
2. Exit terminal shuttle and follow signs to the baggage claim area of your airline.
3. After collecting your luggage please text your driver that you are ready for pickup.
4. Proceed one level down, by way of escalator or elevator, to level 1 Ground Transportation.
5. Go towards the Express Pickup Area on the Ground Transportation Level 1.
6. Your driver will meet you in The Express Pickup Area.

 For International Flights:

1. Upon your arrival you will go through customs and immigration which can take from 45 minutes up to 3 hours after flight landing time.
2. Your driver will be on standby close to the airport.
3. Once you clear customs follow the signs to the terminal shuttle which takes you to the main terminal.
4. Exit terminal shuttle and follow signs to the baggage claim area of your airline.
5. After collecting your luggage please text your driver that you are ready for pickup.
6. Proceed one level down, by way of escalator or elevator, to level 1 Ground Transportation.
7. Go towards the Express Pickup Area on the Ground Transportation Level 1.
8. Your driver will meet you in The Express Pickup Area.

 Important Notes:

• Please make sure to check the mobile phone (as provided on your reservation) once the flight arrives.  Your driver will send you a text message once your plane arrives.
• If you don’t have any checked in luggage, please go to Level 1 and Express Pickup Area.
